Dessert myrtle

INGREDIENTS: Rehydrated skimmed milk, glucose syrup, ricotta (whey, cream, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), vegetable oils and fats from coconut and sunflower, maltodextrin from corn, sugar, egg white, 2% myrtle liqueur (water, sugar, alcohol, myrtle berries), vanilla alcoholate, stabilizers: sorbitol, glycerol, thickeners: carrageenan, xanthan, agar-agar, natural color: enocyanin, corn starch, salt, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, lactic esters of mono diglycerides.
