Double layer of sponge cake filled with black cherry cream and covered with velvety milk cream. Decorated with cherry topping and delicious cherries in syrup.

INGREDIENTS: rehydrated skimmed milk, ricotta (whey, cream, acidity regulator: citric acid, salt), sugar, eggs, glucose syrup, rice flour, vegetable oils and fats of coconut and sunflower, black cherries 4,1%: [cherries glucose syrup fructose, sucrose, acidity regulator: (citric acid), antioxidant: (sulphur dioxide), colouring: (anthocyanins)], milk proteins, maize maltodextrin, corn starch, alcoholates ( vanilla, cherries), emulsifiers: (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickeners: animal gelatine (bovine), xanthan, pectin, carrageenan, 1% black cherry paste: [glucose syrup, sugar, black cherry juice, gelling agent: (pectin), acidity regulator: ( citric acid), colourants: (natural elderberry extracts), flavouring, preservative: ( potassium sorbate)], stabilizers: (glycerol), raising agents: (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), flavour, salt, potato starch, acidity regulator: citric acid, pea fibre, preservative: potassium sorbate, natural dyes.
